We routinely update your systems with vendor released application, security, and firmware updates to make sure that all hardware and software is in tip-top working order.
Our team will work to protect your systems against new and unknown malware (virus, trojans, spyware, worms, ransomware, adware, and botnets).
We will support 1 device of your choosing.
*A device is defined as any PC/desktop/workstation, laptop, tablet, mobile device/smartphone, printer/copier or other network peripherals (e.g. wireless access points, switches, etc.). The only exception to this are servers. For this rate plan, choosing a server will increase the monthly rate by $69. Thereafter, the following add-on rates are available: $79 per device/$119 per server.

We utilize solutions to securely store in the cloud the data you generate from servers, databases, enterprise applications, mobile devices, cloud applications, and virtual machines. Should one of your devices fail, we will recover your files backed-up in the cloud.
*Storage limitations are predicated on cloud services subscribed to from external vendor solutions (i.e. Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Box, Carbonite, CrashPlan, etc.)
The following add-on rates apply to this package:

This package allows for 1 complimentary onsite emergency incident every 6 months (a savings of $358 annually at this package rate).
We provide on-site support at your physical location if it's required. This is usually needed for hardware-related break/fix issues.

Is there a contract commitment for the Managed IT Service plans ?
Yes, all Managed IT Service plans come with a 1-year commitment. You may cancel your plan within the first 30 days without any notice. Otherwise, we will need a 30 day notice of plan cancellation. All charges are prorated.
What are the differences between the Custom IT Solutions and Managed IT Service Plans?
The Custom IT solutions are per project and billed one-time at an hourly rate or flat-fee. Our Managed IT services on the other hand are services offered that routinely monitor and maintain your IT assets and billed on a monthly subscription basis.
What's your cancellation policy?
There are two different policies depending on the services rendered. For Custom IT solutions, you may cancel at anytime although some charges may be incurred depending on the completion percentage of the project. Those fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. With regards to Managed IT services, we require a 30-day notice of cancellation. If you’re cancelling within the first 30 days, no notice is required.
What's your invoicing and payment process?
Invoices will be sent electronically to your email on file. Unless specifically requested, paper invoices are not sent. Payments can be made via check or money order, credit/debit card, and electronically through our payment portal. Instructions to access the payment portal will be included in your invoice.
