Jireh Tech has a volunteer management team with extensive background and experience in information technology consulting, classroom instruction, civic engagement, faith-based and community-based organizations, facilities management, business administration, multimedia design and network administration to support its mission for digital democracy and employment opportunity in the information and communications technology sector.

The organizational management structure consists of the Executive Director, Operations Director, Technology Director, Development Director, Engineering, and Finance Director, to whom are all accountable to the seven member board of directors.  Jireh Tech  is distinguished by its cross-sectoral approach that includes community development, youth development, workforce development, economic development, education and social justice.
